|Jennifer Fadrowski, LMT
Jennifer Fadrowski is a Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from the Holistic Massage Training Institute and holds an Associate of Arts degree from Carroll Community College and is a current member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Jennifer specializes in combining deep tissue, myofascial, craniosacral techniques and trigger point therapy to release muscular tension, promote relaxation and alleviate pain.
Jennifer believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her clinical education and expertise in a wide range of massage modalities to assist in this process. Her skill lies in her ability to listen intently to each client's specific needs and provide an individualized, therapeutic, and effective massage.
Jennifer discovered the amazing benefits of massage therapy through her own struggle with chronic pain, and now seeks to spread this newfound knowledge and passion with the world around her. She has a strong interest in structural integration and has worked with a variety of clients experiencing all levels of acute and chronic joint pain; including sports injuries, headaches, migraines, post-surgical and scar tissue, anxiety and more. Jennifer is always expanding her scope of practice and training to better support people from all across the spectrum of life and is currently pursuing advanced training in prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum massage.
On her days off Jennifer likes to spend her time tinkering with DIY craft projects and cooking. She is an avid reader, amateur gardener, and expert pet mom.
Sophia Sturm, LMT
Sophia graduated from Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, WV with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies. She moved to London, England to study Nutritional Therapy. To help heal a jogging injury, Sophia tried massage therapy and discovered a new love and passion that ultimately changed her life. So profoundly inspired by the effects of this healing art, she enrolled and completed a course of study in Massage Therapy in London and then returned to Baltimore to attend the Holistic Massage Training Institute.
Sophia has practiced as a licensed massage therapist in Maryland since 2011. Much of her own personal style of massage therapy developed while working closely with Physical Therapists to collaborate on patient's treatment regimens. She has experience with various massage techniques and is constantly expanding her knowledge base by attending training courses and seminars. Currently, she is licensed in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sport Massage, Trigger Point Release, Prenatal and Hot Stone.
In her free time, she enjoys being a mom to two young children, James and Dorothy.
