Kathy Crosland
M.Ac., L.Ac.
Kathy is licensed by the State of Maryland to practice acupuncture and is an active member of the Maryland Acupuncture Society. She received her Master of Acupuncture degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly the Tai Sophia Institute). She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from the University of Maryland at Baltimore and worked for many years at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Her knowledge and experience in both Eastern and Western traditions blends ancient healing wisdom in a modern world.
Kathy's practice treats all pain conditions with an emphasis on women's health. She has received additional training in the area of fertility enhancement to optimize natural conception and/or assisted reproductive technology (ART). Kathy is a certified yoga instructor (RYT200) and while not currently teaching, she continues to cultivate her mindfulness practice on and off the mat.
